Description
I've been making heads for my brothers Hajime no Ippo figures. He is making some stop animated cartoons of the fights from the anime. So I'm supplying the boxers for him.
The heads are sculpted out of a Super Sculpey, grey Sculpey mix. The reason I decided on sculpting the heads in Sculpey is I sculpt slow.
I'm going to make the hair with Apoxie clay. That's air dry so I can get that done fast ,and on the figure with out scorching it in the oven.
The Miyata's head is a bit big right now so I'm going to cut it down to size.
They all look a bit strange with out the hair, but once I add it they will look just right.

Wow, I love these! Especially Mashiba II's expression lol . Are you going to post a pic of them with hair? Any chance there'll be a link to your brother's finished stop animation piece?
