Spider-man VS Wolverine

This is a picture of Marvel comic's Spider-man & Wolverine.

I made this for penciljack.com's Wolverine VS Spider-man drawing contest.

Since all the pictures where of Spidey getting sliced, and chopped appart by Wolvie I decided to have Parker win.

I was going to have a picture of Spider-man stretching out Logan's arms with 2 web ropes stuck on Logan's wrist, while he face stompped Wolvie's head into the smashed pavment.

The thing is I couldnt get the perspective right so I had to rethink the drawing.

I figured everyone was going to have them fighting so I went with something diffrent; the result of the fight.

I drew this with a mech pencil lead size 0.5,& a 6b pencil.

I really like how this turned out. I really see a style starting to form with my character's. Also my pictures seem to be getting a lot more interesting to look at.

I ran into some problems with this one. Once I was cleaning up the picture the first time I notice that I made the webs on Spider-mans costume drape down instead of up. Also some of the lines did'nt show up very good in the scan. So I fixed that up, and even added more webs.

The only thing I didnt fix was the size of Wolverine compared to Spider-man. The reason I didnt fix this is because the drawing was one of my best and I didnt want to redraw that. I figured I couldn't draw that good twice. I'd have to redraw Spider-man or Wolverine to make it accurate.

A lot of people don't know Wolverine is 5'3 , and Spider-man is 5'9, or 5'11 (depending on which version comic you are reading).

So it why redraw them other than my need for perfection? Also I ran out of room on the paper.
