The Flash

This is a digital painting I made of DC Comic's Flash.

I did not use a photo reffrence. This was all from my head.

I was going to make a picture of Flash running but it's been done to death. Then I thought about drawing him in a runners ready stance.
I didnt like how it would hide the costume so I choose something a lot more relaxed.
I even tried to use perspective!

I made this in Photoshop 7 with the paint brush. Then I airbrushed the hi-lites.
I started a few days ago, but I decided to finish it up once I got a new 22 inch LCD Flash screen monitor, and home from Anime Fest.

I adjusted the left leg, & foot to a more natural angle. I also added the logo on his chest.

After completing the picture I saved it as a jpeg file, and adjusted the contrast, and color balance.
