When I was in the fourth grade of school I started drawing my own comics. A friend of mine named Bryan Stevens was drawing comics so I decided I should join I. I started purchasing how to draw manga, and comic books from a local Walden book store ( It has been closed down for years now). While I have always drawn, I did not understand how to tell a story effectively as a comic artist. Alere Little Feather was the first comic project I ever undertook. It was a collaboration of myself and several other artist handling our own chapter of the book. We were suppose to be paid $100 for all the work, but the guy ditched us all. It was several months worth of work , but I got it done. Having my efforts not pay off financially really had me down on drawing comic for other people for a while. It took me a while to gather my confidence back as a comic artist. I try my best to constantly gain tools, knowledge, and skills on sequential art.
